Price	Members (monthly): JPY 500 (tax included) per month. Members (annual): JPY 5,000 (tax included) per year. The Free plan is JPY 0 (AI Recognition is limited to 3 uses in total for unregistered trial use, and to 3 uses per month for registered Free accounts; limits also apply to the number of stored scores). Prices are as shown on the pricing and purchase screens within the Service.
Costs other than the price	Internet connection charges and device costs are borne by the customer.
Payment methods	iOS app: App Store in-app purchase (payment method registered to the Apple ID). Android app: Google Play in-app purchase (payment method registered to the Google account). Web: credit card. The payment provider is either RevenueCat, Inc. (Web Billing) or Stripe, Inc., depending on when and how the customer subscribed (RevenueCat is used at present; for subscriptions taken out through Stripe in the past, Stripe remains the payment provider). In either case, card details are collected and processed by that payment provider and its payment processors.
Payment timing	First charge: at the completion of the subscription process (there is no free trial period). Subsequent charges: automatically on renewal at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually).
Amount of each charge	Monthly plan: JPY 500 (tax included) each month. Annual plan: JPY 5,000 (tax included) each year.
Automatic renewal	Members is an auto-renewing subscription. Unless cancelled, it renews automatically for the same plan at the end of each billing period and the above amount is charged each time.
Timing of provision	Available immediately after the subscription process is completed.
Withdrawal and cancellation	Due to the nature of the service, withdrawal (cooling-off) after provision has begun is not available. Customers may cancel at any time; the paid plan then ends at the conclusion of the current billing period, and paid features remain available until then. To cancel: on iOS, use the subscription management screen in the Settings app; on Android, use the "Subscriptions" screen in the Google Play app; on the web, use "Billing" in the Service settings. If the management page cannot be opened automatically on the web, please contact the support address shown in the same "Billing" section (or the email address in this notice) and we will process the cancellation. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
Returns and refunds	Due to the nature of the service, fees for the current period are not refunded and are not prorated upon mid-period cancellation. Refunds for payments made through the App Store or Google Play are determined and processed by Apple or Google and cannot be processed by us (please contact those companies). For web payments, we will provide refunds or other reasonable remedies for billing errors attributable to us, such as duplicate charges.
System requirements	iOS 16 or later; Android 10 or later; latest versions of Google Chrome, Safari, or Microsoft Edge on the web. An internet connection is required. Microphone and camera permissions are required for recording features.
